Please check around your property for all entrances, including around the garage to see if the package is hidden out of sight. We also recommend checking with the people who live with you, the mailbox, front desk reception, and ask your neighbors if perhaps they intercepted the package on your behalf for safe-keeping.

If the package is not located, please email us 
and provide your order number and we will provide a replacement. We will take the required follow up steps with our Shipping Department as we cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing. This process can take up to 5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: We need to be notified if delivery was not received within 30 days on missing orders.
