Please email us at hello@h2oplus.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback for why you were not satisfied with our products within 30 days after delivery. We will answer your inquiry ASAP in order to assist you.


Please note: only items purchased on www.h2oplus.com may be accepted for a return. If your item was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, please contact them for their return and exchange policies.


We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange. 


We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
